1. Acceptance of Terms

By using https://shajardost.com ("the website"), filling any of our forms, or participating in any ShajarDost activity, you agree to these Terms of Service. ShajarDost is a community environmental initiative based in Phool Nagar (Pattoki), District Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan. 2. Our Services

• Tree donations and sponsorship: you contribute money, we plant and care for trees under our programs (Mission 50, Miyawaki forests, community plantations).
• Plant sales: saplings and plants from our nursery, delivered or collected as agreed.
• Plantation services: sponsored plantations for homes, schools, farms and businesses.
• Programs and training: Green Scouts school sessions, volunteer activities and awareness events.

3. Donations, Prices and Payments

Rates for tree donations, sponsorships and plants are as published on the website or as quoted to you directly (by phone or chat) at the time of your order. Payments are made through the bank transfer or mobile wallet details we provide. Please note:

• Work (planting/care) begins once payment is confirmed.
• Quoted rates may be revised from time to time; the rate confirmed to you at the time of your order applies to your order.
• Donations are used for saplings, planting, water, care, guarding and replacement during the committed care period.

4. Donor Trees, Care and Certificates

Trees are living things — their growth depends on soil, water and weather. We follow a scheduled care plan (watering, protection and replacement of failed saplings) for the committed care period, and we care about every tree's survival. Where a certificate or GPS location was promised for your donation, we provide it after plantation is completed, normally within the timeframe told to you at the time of donation. If a promised item is delayed, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Plant Orders

Plant orders are confirmed by phone or chat. Delivery timelines are agreed at order time and may vary with season and distance. If a plant arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or fair solution. Risk passes to you at handover for collected orders, or at delivery for delivered orders.

6. Volunteers

Volunteer participation is voluntary and unpaid; it does not create an employment relationship. Volunteers agree to follow site safety instructions, respect the community and landowners, and behave responsibly during activities. Parents or guardians complete applications for volunteers under 18. We may decline or end a volunteer's participation for safety or conduct reasons.

7. Website Content

Text, images, logos and other content on this website belong to ShajarDost or are used with permission. You may share and quote our content with attribution and a link; you may not reuse it commercially without written permission. Figures such as trees planted reflect our plantation records and public events. The Free Plants Wall and the Green Heroes list are moderated public boards: entries and suggestions are published only after admin verification and consent, mobile numbers and suggester details are never displayed, and ShajarDost may edit or refuse any entry (for example spam, business advertising or incorrect information).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShajarDost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law. Our liability for any order or donation is limited to the amount you contributed for it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through friendly discussion; if that fails, it will be referred to the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
