ShajarDost is a community environmental initiative based in Phool Nagar (Pattoki), District Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan, dedicated to tree plantation and environmental awareness. 2. What Information We Collect

We only collect information you give us yourself, when you choose to fill one of our forms (donation, volunteer, contact, plant order, school program or newsletter):

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
• Location info: your city or area — only if a form asks for it (for example, to plan a delivery or a plantation visit).
• Your message: what you write to us about your request, question or interest.
• Program details: for volunteers — age and availability, so we can assign suitable roles.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Donations are arranged through bank transfers or mobile wallets that you pay directly, outside this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for one purpose only: to respond to you and serve you better.

• To reply to your donation, order, volunteer or program enquiry — normally within 24–48 hours.
• To coordinate tree plantations, deliveries, certificates and volunteer activities you requested.
• To keep an internal record of enquiries so we can follow up properly (for example, if you asked us to call back).
• To send you updates only if you asked for them (for example, the newsletter).

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Free Plants Wall (demand board)

If you submit a plant request to our Free Plants Wall: your name and city may appear publicly — but only after you tick the consent box in the form and a ShajarDost admin approves the entry. Your mobile number is never published; it stays with our team only. Want your entry removed? Call 0333-3197977 or email us and we will take it off.

4. Where Your Data Lives and Who Can See It

Form submissions are delivered to our official email and stored in a secured database on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages / Workers KV). Access is restricted to the ShajarDost team members who handle enquiries. Our website is served over HTTPS, so the information you submit travels encrypted.

5. Children's Privacy (Green Scouts)

For school programs such as Green Scouts, applications for participants under 18 must be made by a parent, guardian or school teacher on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You stay in control of your information. At any time you may:

• Ask us what information of yours we hold.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Ask us to stop contacting you.
